Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Since our products are handmade, certain items may take longer to prepare before shipping.
  • You will receive an order confirmation email after purchase and a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Tracking Information

  • A tracking number will be provided once your order is shipped.
  • Tracking updates may take 1-3 days to appear in the system.
  • If your tracking information has not updated after 7 business days, please contact us at [your email].

Delayed, Lost, or Stolen Packages

  • If your package is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please allow an additional 5-7 business days before reaching out, as shipping carriers may experience delays.
  • If your package is marked as "delivered" but you haven’t received it, please check with neighbors, household members, or your local post office.
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, but we will do our best to assist you.

Address Errors & Returned Packages

  • Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping fees.

Changes & Cancellations

  • If you need to change your shipping address or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. After this period, changes may not be possible.
